    the breakfast was tasty, had lots of food like vegetable, hot waffles, and cakes. they gave us a deluxe king room with a balcony, gorgeous views, for instance. the location was incredible and fab in an amazing area, so close to various activities, the easily bookable transport available to specific places at a very reasonable price, and downtown.

    My family and I faced delays with front desk response times, taking numerous calls to get necessary assistance. The transport promised from the hotel to the airport was disappointing. The Mercedes van we were given was old and had barely functioning air conditioning. The disappointing quality of food, particularly the meat, further marred our stay, leaving us longing for better dining options.

    Breakfasts were amazing and tasty.

    This was an amazing and fab location very close to areas such as the hammocks and playground that have been recently installed as well as a hill. The food was outstanding, we had vegetable, cakes and hot waffles for breakfast;)))

    We really enjoyed the multiple activities for kids and the different food outlets available, which kept everyone happy! The outdoor swimming pool and the spa lounge provided excellent opportunities to relax after a busy day. A small downside was the slightly outdated furniture in the room, but it didn't take away from our fantastic experience. 🌞

    Perfect family getaway!

    We had a blast with the animation team, these guys really know how to get everyone involved. The food was unbelievable! The Chinese restaurant had the best fried ice cream we've ever tasted!

    It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but totally acceptable for what we received.

    The hotel's extensive entertainment options kept our family engaged, with various activities for kids and a multitude of pools to choose from-a perfect mix for a fun-filled vacation. I was especially impressed with the dedicated animations team, who arranged good events like the beach party. We made wonderful memories together.

    My experience was marred by cleanliness issues upon arrival, and the restaurant service felt a bit disorganized were nice. The Wi-Fi connection was annoyingly slow, impacting our ability to stay connected .

    Amazing pools and a great variety of water sports kept us entertained. The furniture in our room felt a bit dated. Appreciated the beachfront access for canoeing that provided fantastic views of the sea. Slow service during dinner was disappointing at times.

    The room was pretty basic for a five-star. It definitely felt a bit dated and had a funky smell when we walked in. The TV was ancient and half the channels didn't work. The bathroom felt cramped, and I noticed some mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable, and they did keep it clean. But, it could really use a refresh.

    The food was nice, lots of choice and i loved the small turkish pancake place! The pools were awesome and kids really enjoyed the splash park. The staff were super friendly, especially at the bar, always sayin hi. The nighttime entertainment was pretty fun too, we really liked the shows!

    The air conditioning in the room wasn't powerful enough so we felt a bit hot at times. The wi-fi was a bit sketchy in the lobby, could be better.

    Fine views and amazing activities!
